Privacy Policy

How Block Margin handles personal information.

Block Margin ("we," "our," or "us") is a product developed by Dynamic Strategies, incorporated in Gibraltar. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with blockmargin.app and associated services (the "Services"), how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you submit a briefing request, contact form, or other communication, we collect your email address and any details you include (e.g., bank or company name, message content).
  • Wallet addresses and on-chain data. If you connect a digital wallet on the testnet application at blockmargin.app/trade, your public wallet address becomes part of on-chain transactions. Information written to public blockchains is public by design.
  • Technical information. We may collect limited technical data through server logs (browser type, IP address, pages visited, timestamps) to operate and secure the Services.

2. How we use information

  • To schedule and conduct briefing calls and demos you request.
  • To respond to inquiries you send us.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process personal information on the basis of your consent (for briefing requests and marketing communications), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers acting on our behalf to operate the Services (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics), subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • If required by law, regulation, court order, or legal process;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to customary safeguards.

5. On-chain data

Transactions executed through smart contracts on blockchains are public, pseudonymous, and immutable. Block Margin cannot delete, modify, or anonymize on-chain data. You should assume that any interaction with a blockchain is permanent and publicly visible.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies only where strictly necessary to operate the Services or, with your consent, for limited analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Once that period ends, we delete or anonymize the information.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU, UK, and Gibraltar), you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of personal information (subject to legal exceptions);
  • Object to, or request restriction of, certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@blockmargin.app.

9. International transfers

Personal information we collect may be processed in jurisdictions different from where you reside. Where we transfer information internationally, we take appropriate measures to protect it consistent with applicable law.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No method of transmission over the Internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. Contact
